Cleaning Checklist

Dust and wipe ceiling fans, including fan blades and light kits Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and upper walls. Wipe down and sanitize light fixtures, lampshades, and ceiling vents
Dust high shelves and ledges.

Dust and clean wall décor, picture frames, and artwork. Spot clean walls to remove fingerprints, scuffs, and stains. Wipe light switches, outlet covers, and thermostats. Clean doors, door frames, and handles (including sliding glass doors).
 

Clean window sills, tracks, and frames
Wash windows inside (and outside if requested)
Dust and clean blinds, shades, or shutters
Polish glass doors, mirrors, and any interior glass partitions.

Dust and polish tables, desks, chairs, shelves, and cabinets. Wipe and disinfect countertops and other high-touch surfaces. Clean and sanitize handles, knobs, and pulls on cabinets and drawers. Vacuum and clean upholstery (spot clean stains if deep cleaning) Organize small items and straighten up common areas.
 

Clean and sanitize sink, faucet, and handles
Wipe down and degrease cabinet fronts and backsplash. Clean stovetop, burners, and control knobs. Wipe and sanitize oven exterior; clean inside oven (deep clean service). Clean microwave inside and out
Wipe down refrigerator exterior; clean inside fridge and freezer. Clean small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender) exterior surfaces. Wipe and disinfect kitchen counters and prep areas
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, paying attention to corners and under appliances.

Scrub and disinfect toilet bowl, seat, lid, base, and tank. Clean bathtub and/or shower walls, floors, doors, and grout. Remove soap scum and water spots from shower glass
Wipe and sanitize sink, faucet, and handles
Clean and polish mirrors
Wipe vanity tops and cabinet fronts
Disinfect towel bars, toilet paper holders, and other fixtures. Empty and clean bathroom trash bins. Sweep and mop floors, disinfecting all tile and grout.
 

Vacuum all carpets and rugs (including under furniture if accessible). Sweep, vacuum, and mop hard floors (wood, tile, laminate, vinyl). Use appropriate floor cleaner for each surface type. Move small furniture to clean underneath and behind.
 

Inside oven, fridge, and cabinets
Wash walls and remove stubborn marks
Scrub and disinfect baseboards and door tracks
Detail clean vents, fans, and filters
Wash window screens, Clean under large appliances and furniture, Intensive grout cleaning and tile polishing.
